Got a cold or something else

During the last few days, I've noticed that my nose has been runny and stuffy, and I've also been sneezing. At first, I didn't really pay much attention to it, but when it continued for several days, it finally caught my attention.
Luckily, I haven't had a fever or any other symptoms, at least so far. I haven't felt tired or exhausted, and I haven't had a sore throat or a headache either. The only thing I noticed was that during the first few days, when I woke up, I had a slightly irritated throat. So, perhaps those were the first signs of whatever this is.
