Apartment Internet Issues – Update #1

As I understand it, the apartment owner, who is from Ufa, Bashkortostan, didn't really want to find a solution to the internet problem. But when I discussed it with her in the middle of September, more than a month ago, and again in October, when I confirmed that everything was still on, she said that everything was okay and that everything would be ready by the time I arrived.

But in reality, I've already been living without proper internet for more than a week, and I honestly have serious doubts that I'll ever get a normal connection here. On top of that, I'm already tired of listening to her endless promises day after day, which she never seems to keep. Things have even reached the point where our conversations turn into arguments.

And honestly, I really don't want to text her anymore because she's completely unresponsive and absolutely terrible at keeping her promises. In fact, she's even worse than the Turks I've dealt with before. Because I've had experience communicating with actual Turkish people, and even they were much more responsible than her.
