I finally tried real Uzbek plov

During my walk after breakfast, which I finished closer to 10 AM, I went for a walk because I didn't want to spend this Sunday in my hotel room. Also, I didn't have any special tasks to finish, so I spent 4–5 hours outside in the sunny weather and took away some Uzbek plov for my dinner, especially since the weather was a bit uncomfortable—it was about 24 degrees. But in the shadows of trees and buildings, it was cold enough that staying outside in just a T-shirt and shorts wasn't really comfortable.

As for the plov, I can't say much right now. It wasn't bad, a bit fatty, but it was manageable, and I didn't feel any kind of "wow" effect. Because when I tried plov in Tatarstan, I had much more interesting feelings. Overall, right now I can't say anything special about it. But according to some other comments I found, I noticed one thing: all plov in Tashkent is basically the same. Of course, that's just a subjective opinion from the comments, but in my opinion, it could be a little bit true. At the same time, I also see comments like, "Wow, it was unbelievable." So if I feel okay tomorrow after this fatty plov, and if I can manage to find another place to compare it with, I will definitely try other plov too, especially since my doctor told me not to eat fatty and fried foods.
